Meet Peiya
REALTOR®Hello everyone, I'm Peiya. I am delighted to be a part of Sunoom Realty and to work with the members of Team Zhizhi, which fills me with great pride. Driven by my passion for architecture and interior design, as well as my interest in exploring different areas, I thoroughly enjoy being a real estate agent. This role allows me to engage with and understand a wide variety of properties and housing styles, as well as become well-versed in every neighborhood in West Los Angeles, accumulating a wealth of experience.
My primary responsibilities include communicating with clients, finding and guiding them to view their desired areas and property types, assisting with listings, hosting open houses, and managing post-sale or lease activities.
Simultaneously, as a professional in art and design, I operate BunnyHop Creative Academy in West Los Angeles, providing art education for adults and children. Our art studio has a positive impact in the Los Angeles area.
While my two roles are related, they also have their own distinct aspects. I am thrilled to engage in work that aligns with my passions and skills in different fields. Witnessing my clients' satisfaction and happiness serves as a driving force in adding a sense of accomplishment to my life.
